Delivery fee is based on the distance from the flower shop. Orders that are outside our delivery area are forwarded to a trusted colleague who will deliver your gift with our satisfaction guarantee.
Also, while we will try as much as possible to accommodate timed deliveries, we cannot guarantee a specific time that your gift will be delivered. Should you have a specific delivery time schedule, please call us. We will try to work through our limitations with you.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
